1. Connection Service Only

24/7 Home Emergency is an emergency home-service help line and connection service. We help callers connect with available emergency home-service providers. We are not a restoration contractor, plumbing contractor, roofer, HVAC contractor, or service technician, and we do not perform any on-site work.

2. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that a service provider will be available, that a provider will arrive within a specific time frame, or that any specific price, scope of work, warranty, or outcome will be offered. Service availability, response time, pricing, work approval, materials, warranties, and service performance are determined solely by the independent responding provider.

Any references to licensed technicians refer to the independent responding provider, not to Vioneapp LLC or 24/7 Home Emergency.

3. Eligibility

For residential properties, the homeowner or property owner should be available to approve the service. For commercial properties, callers should be property managers or other authorized decision-makers. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to request service for the property.

4. Call Recording and Monitoring

Calls to or from 24/7 Home Emergency may be recorded, monitored, or logged for quality assurance, routing, validation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and compliance purposes. By calling our number, you understand that the call may be recorded or monitored where permitted by applicable law. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

5. Use of the Website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content for commercial use, submit false information, or use the help line for non-emergency, prank, or fraudulent purposes.

6. Independent Service Providers

Responding service providers are independent businesses, not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Vioneapp LLC or 24/7 Home Emergency. Any contract for service is solely between you and the responding provider. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, work quality, pricing, billing, warranties, insurance, or licensing of any independent provider.

The website, including its text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Vioneapp LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute material from the website without written permission.
